Because every item we create is handcrafted and custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We pour a lot of heart (and a little sawdust) into each piece, so each one is truly one-of-a-kind.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, don’t worry—we’ve got your back. Please send us an email at pensbyjk@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
