The Making
Five stages. No shortcuts.
01
Select the Blank
Wood or resin is chosen for figure, density, and character. Many are rejected at this stage.

Mount & Turn
The blank is mounted on the lathe and shaped at low speed. A single tool, a steady hand, no template.

Sand Through Grits
Twelve grits from 120 to 12,000. Each pass removes the marks of the last. This is where patience lives.
04
Apply the Finish
Several thin coats of CA or friction polish, built up on the lathe. Buffed to a glassy depth.

Assemble & Test
Hardware pressed and fitted. Refill tested. Every piece is tested before it ships — always.
